The sale is “3 books for the price of 2” which means that Amazon deducts the lowest priced book if you buy three books that qualify for the sale. The Amazon shopping cart is smart! For example, if you put three $20 books and three $5 books in the cart, it will automatically deduct one of the $20 books and one of the $5 books. (Instead of deducting the two cheapest, $5 books.)
